Adrian McLean

Hi my name is Adrian McLean and I have been teaching at LDSS for six years. I teach a variety of classes, including math, coop and tech, but spend most of my time teaching science and physics.

I coach several different sports throughout the year, including Flag Football, Badminton and Track & Field.

My interests outside of school include playing sports, fishing, canoeing, and hunting.

Ann Franklin

I attended Widdifield Secondary School in North Bay; then Sheridan College in Oakville, where I graduated as a Library Technician.

I worked for 7 years at the PetroCanada (Gulf Oil) Research & Development Facility in Sheridan Park, Mississauga.

I've also lived on Margarita Island, Venezuela, for 2 years and Bombay (Mumbai), India, for 5 years.

I've worked in the LDSS Library since January 2001.

Being in Sudbury has made me aware of a sport called hockey; a serious local passtime. Hence, I'm an avid Sudbury Wolves fan.

Anne Fraser

Hello Students, Parents/Guardians. My name is Anne Fraser I have been teaching at Lively District Secondary School for five (5) years. Primarily, I am a teaching member of the English Department, but for the past two (2) years I have also taught Native Studies. I have enjoyed my teaching years at Lively D.S.S as much as I enjoyed my days as a LDSS student! Yes ... I am a graduate of LDSS. Following my high school graduation I attended Laurentian University and then proceeded to Queen's University. I reside in the Walden area and feel a strong connection to the community (both school and town). I know that the 2009 - 2010 school year will bring about many achievements for LDSS students and cannot wait to be apart of all them. Good luck to everyone this school year.
